1. I just placed my Super 6 Box order. When will it ship?
Answer: All initial orders for the Super 6 Box will ship within 5 business days.
2. When will my credit card be billed for my subscription order?
Answer: After your initial charge at the time the order is placed, you will be billed for your subscription on the 15th of every month, starting the following month.
For example, if you place your order on November 7th, you will be charged on November 7th and then again on December 15th.
3. Does the 'Subscribe and Save' price apply for all future orders or just my initial order?
Answer: The 10% 'Subscribe and Save' price only applies for the initial order. After that, you will be charged at regular price.
4. How do I change, pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Answer: You can do it yourself by logging in at our website and clicking the 'Manage Subscriptions' link. If you have any issues, reach out to us and we'll happily take care of it for you.
Note that if you are switching to the Tailored box, you will need to fill out a survey so that we know what to send you.
5. Can I change my preferences on the Tailored box?
Answer: Of course! Simply fill out another survey and we'll update your profile.
6. Do you ship the Super 6 Box to Canada?
Answer: Unfortunately, we only currently ship the Super 6 Box to the continental USA.
7. Am I ever locked in to a 6-month or an annual subscription?
Answer: Nope, never. All subscriptions are month to month so you can cancel anytime and not worry about future shipments you don't want.
8. What if I order two of the same Super 6 box at different times in the same month?
Answer: Chances are you'll get the same box twice. Sorry (or you're welcome)!
