Shindig 3.2

The Shindig 3.2 combines a compact, ribbed body with twin flat appendages for responsive bottom-fishing action. On a suitable Ned head, it settles into an upright posture with the appendages elevated above the bottom. Short pulls and light shakes flex the body before it settles again. Fish it slowly around rock and isolated cover, or use it as a compact finesse jig trailer.

01 Full-Body Flex. Upright Posture.

The Shindig’s movement extends through the ribbed body into its twin flat appendages. Small pulls bend the body, while short hops lift and reposition the bait.

Paired with a suitable stand-up head, it returns to an upright posture between movements. That keeps the appendages off the bottom while you pause beside rock, gravel, and other individual targets.

02 Match the Rig to the Target
Ned Rig · Lift, Settle, and Pause

Rig it straight on a compatible Ned head. Use short drags or small hops, then let the head settle before moving it again. Check the rig beside the boat or bank to see how the bait stands on your selected head.

Finesse Jig Trailer · Keep It Compact

Thread it onto a suitable finesse jig with the body centered and the appendages clear of the hook. Use controlled hops, short drags, and pauses when you want a smaller trailer with flexible movement.

Texas Rig · Pick Apart Cover

Choose a hook that fits the compact body and rig the point protected. Match the weight to depth and cover, then use short lifts and pauses around wood, brush, or vegetation edges.

Drop Shot · Work Above Bottom

Position the bait above the weight and use light shakes between pauses. Adjust the distance between hook and weight to the fish’s position. When using forward-facing sonar, watch their response and adjust your cadence.

03 Build Your Setup

Choose a finesse jig for trailer applications or appropriately sized hooks and weights for Texas rigging. Match hook size to the 3.2-inch body, leaving the appendages unrestricted and enough clearance for the body to compress on the hookset.
