SHINDO COASTAL SERIES
Description
The Shindo Coastal Series is a large-profile twitch bait built for inshore predators that key on larger forage. Available in 5-inch, 6-inch, and 7-inch sizes, it combines a realistic baitfish profile with a jointed tail that produces erratic movement and subtle flashes, closely imitating a wounded or fleeing baitfish.
The articulated tail pivots independently from the body, creating a natural flutter and unpredictable kick with every twitch while maintaining a horizontal posture on the retrieve. That secondary movement keeps the bait looking alive through cadence changes and pauses.
Fish it over grass flats, through potholes, along reef lines, and across channel edges where redfish, speckled trout, snook, flounder, and other coastal predators are feeding on larger baitfish. Sharp twitches create erratic directional movement, while slower retrieves allow the jointed tail to continue working with a more natural cadence.
Whether rigged on a jig head, fished weightless, or suspended beneath a popping cork, the Shindo Coastal Series adapts to a wide range of inshore applications. Match smaller forage with the 5-inch model, step up to the 6-inch for a larger profile, or reach for the 7-inch when fish are feeding on bigger prey.
