Returns and Exchanges

Thanks for being a valued 6th Sense customer - we truly appreciate your support and we stand behind our products 100%. 

All returns and exchanges are handled via email at info@6thsensefishing.com. Please provide an order number to process your request.

Returns

All return requests must be detailed via email. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $5 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Fishing rods are subject to a $25 restocking charge.

Exchanges

For exchanges of all products (except fishing rods), we offer free domestic shipping both ways. After emailing us with detailed information, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. We will process the replacement (and/or credit) as soon as we receive the product (or shipping scan information). We do not offer exchanges on fishing rods - if desired, please return the unwanted rod and purchase another one. 

    Refunds and Store Credits

    Once we receive your item(s), we will get back with you within 5 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Store credits will be applied as a gift card. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective. We may elect to issue a gift card as store credit at our discretion. 

    Additional Information 

    • This returns and exchanges policy is applicable up to 30 days from the date of purchase
    • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags, as applicable. 
    • If product was not purchased through our online store, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    • Gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
