Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are handled via email at email@example.com. Please provide an order number to process your request.

All return requests must be detailed via email. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $5 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Fishing rods are subject to a $25 restocking charge.
For exchanges of all products (except fishing rods), we offer free domestic shipping both ways. After emailing us with detailed information, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. We will process the replacement (and/or credit) as soon as we receive the product (or shipping scan information). We do not offer exchanges on fishing rods - if desired, please return the unwanted rod and purchase another one.
Refunds and Store Credits
- This returns and exchanges policy is applicable up to 30 days from the date of purchase
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags, as applicable.
- If product was not purchased through our online store, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
