Returns and Exchanges
Thanks for being a valued 6th Sense customer - we truly appreciate your support and we stand behind our products 100%.
All returns are handled through our portal (this excludes fishing rods - please visit this page for returning rods).
As applicable, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $5 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund. Fishing rods are subject to a $25 restocking charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This typically will take 2 to 3 business days.
All exchanges are handled through our portal
Exchanges that include fishing lures, rods, gear, and terminal tackle, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to 6th Sense Fishing as long as there are no product defects.
Address all exchange packages to:
- All gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your products.
