Returns and Exchanges

Thanks for choosing 6th Sense. We stand behind every product and want to make returns and exchanges painless.

1. Standard Returns (all items except fishing rods)

  1. Start a return: Use our online [Returns Portal].
  2. Label: We’ll email a prepaid label.
  3. Fee: $5 restocking charge if applicable (deducted from your refund).
  4. Refund: Issued to your original payment method 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

2. Rod Returns

Fishing rods follow a different process and carry a $25 restocking fee. Please visit the [Rod Return Page] for step-by-step instructions.

3. Exchanges

  1. Begin through our [Exchanges Portal].
  2. Shipping: Send the item to:

  1. You pay the shipping cost to us unless the product is defective.

4. Quick Notes

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale (non-returnable).
  • We email you when we receive and inspect your item.
