Returns

All returns are handled through our portal (this excludes fishing rods - please visit this page for returning rods).

You can also email us at info@6thsensefishing.com. Please provide an order number or proof of purchase to process your request. 

As applicable, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $5 restocking charge which will either be deducted from your refund. Fishing rods are subject to a $25 restocking charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This typically will take 2 to 3 business days.       

 

                                                                          

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an apparel item for a different color or size, please send us an email at info@6thsensefishing.com and we will be happy to send you a return shipping label via email.    

For all other exchanges that include fishing lures, rods, gear, and terminal tackle, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to 6th Sense Fishing as long as there are no product defects. Please email us at info@6thsensefishing.com to initiate an exchange. Don't forget to provide an order number or proof of purchase to process your request.
