Returns and Exchanges
Thanks for being a valued 6th Sense customer - we truly appreciate your support and we stand behind our products 100%.
All returns and exchanges are handled via email at email@example.com. Please provide an order number or proof of purchase to process your request.

All return / exchange / refund requests must be detailed via email. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $5 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Fishing rods are subject to a $25 restocking charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This typically will take 2 to 3 business days.
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different color or size, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send you a return shipping label via email.
For all other exchanges that include fishing lures, rods, gear, and terminal tackle, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to 6th Sense Fishing as long as there are no product defects.
All gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
