6 Sack Subscription FAQs

1. If I add 3, 6, or 12 subscriptions to my cart, does that mean I will get one per month for 3, 6, or 12 months?
Answer: No. We currently only offer a monthly subscription. Example: If you purchase 3 sacks, you will receive, and be charged for, 3 sacks per month.
2. The 6 Sack is currently sold out. When will it become available again?
Answer: We recommend following us on social media, utilizing the "email when available" notification (found on the product page), and subscribe to our newsletter.
3. I just placed my 6 Sack order. When will it ship?
Answer: Your initial order will ship within 5 business days of purchase. All recurring shipments will be processed on the 15th of the month, starting the following month. These recurring orders will also ship within 5 business days.
Please allow 5 business days following the 15th of every month for tracking to be updated before reaching out to customer service.
4. When will my credit card be billed for my subscription order?
Answer: After your initial charge at the time the order is placed, you will be billed again for your subscription on the 15th of every month until cancelled.
If there is a failed transaction, our system will make three attempts (1 per day) to charge your card. If after this time your payment is unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
5. How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Answer: You can do it yourself by logging in at our website and clicking the 'Manage Subscriptions' link. If you have any issues, reach out to us and we'll happily take care of it for you.
When subscribing to the 6 Sack, please create an account through the account invite we send you.
6. Do you ship the 6 Sack to Canada?
Answer: Yes! Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping - the charge is a flat $14/sack.
7. What if I have two or more of the same 6 Sack subscriptions?
Answer: Chances are you'll get the same sack twice. Sorry (or you're welcome)!
8. I have a legacy prepaid subscription. If I cancel my subscription before the period ends, will I receive a refund?
Answer: Once you cancel, you will continue to receive all prepaid sacks until your purchase period ends. After that, we will cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, no refunds for ending early.
9. How do I log in to my account?
Answer: If you didn't create an account during check-out, you will need to first create one on our website.
Once created, log-in and click "Manage Subscription". Here, you can do just about anything you need to do regarding your 6 Sack subscription. This includes updating payment or address information as well as cancelling your subscription.
10. Can I change the products in my 6 Sack subscription?
Answer: You unfortunately cannot change the products that are included in your subscription.
11. I placed a separate order. Can I combine this with my subscription shipment?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. Subscriptions are currently processed separately than standard orders from www.6thsensefishing.com.
However, for new subscribers, your initial order can be placed with additional products.
